Shipping and handling
• Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped within 48 hours.
• All orders will receive a confirmation email once shipped.
• Orders shipped within the U.S. are sent via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 1-4 business days.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are handled on the following Monday, or the first working day after.
(Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
• For any lost or damage parcels please contact Ekzo immediately so we can issue a claim and get a new order processed.
International orders will be treated the same way as the domestic orders. The estimated time of delivery is between 7-12 days upon receiving the tracking number. Please note that all international orders are subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery.

We can update you on when or if we will be re-stocking that specific piece, and will do our best to get you what you want as quick as possible!
If for any reason you need to cancel an order please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible as we would not be able to refund or cancel it after the order is shipped.
